About Our Refund Policy

Our Pool Safety Inspection Service is a comprehensive assessment of your swimming pool and/or spa’s safety barriers in accordance with the current QLD standards & regulations. The outcome of the inspection will determine whether you receive a ‘Pool Safety Certificate’ or a form of ‘non-conformity’.

Please read the Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Refund”, “Cancellation”) carefully before using the website operated by Pooltech (“us, “we”, or “our”)

By using the Services provided by Pooltech, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access or use the Services.

1.1 Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification for instance, in person, via email, mobile phone ‘text message’ or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to levy 2% of any monies paid to cover any subsequent administrative expenses, if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice of the intended service time and date.

1.2 100% refund for services paid in full (or deposits) for ‘bookings’ cancelled, up to 24 hours before the date and time of the ‘inspection’ or ‘other’ services offered by ‘Pooltech’.

1.3 Swimming Pools or/and Spas which receive a ‘non-conformity’ notice cannot be subject to a refund for the reason: because it has failed an inspection.
