Please read the Terms of Service (“terms”, “terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the https://www.pooltech.com.au website operated by ‘Pooltech’ (“us, “we”, or “our”)

By using the Services provided by Pooltech, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access or use the Services.

1.1 – All Swimming Pools and/or Spas, must be registered prior to an inspection.

         To register your pool: please visit https://my.qbcc.qld.gov.au/s/pool-register

1.2 – If boundary fence’s, forms part of the safety barrier for your swimming pool or spa. You must seek & obtain consent from neighbouring properties for access, prior to the pool safety inspection day.

1.3 – If windows, doors or openings are within or in close proximity of the pool’s safety barrier area. A responsible person must be present in order for the Pool Safety inspector to examine the inside of these areas.

1.4 – Consideration must be taken with pets/animals roaming freely and it would be preferred if they was temporary indoors or leashed during an inspection.

1.5 – If areas of the Swimming Pools Safety Barrier is not accessible at the time of the inspection and cannot be accessed at any point during the inspection. It will be noted in the non-conformity notice and a re-inspection will required. This will incur the current re-inspection fee.

1.6 – Using any of ‘Pooltech’s’ ‘Consulting’ or ‘Online Advisory’ services, will not result in a ‘Pool Safety Certificate’ or a ‘Non-Conformity Notice’. Nor can this service transition into a ‘Pool Safety Inspection’ with the intent of receiving a ‘Pool Safety Certificate’ due to the findings of a compliant fence, as its against the law.

1.7 All Services Offered by ‘Pooltech’ is intended for regulated swimming pools & spas in Queensland Only.

1.8 ‘Pooltech’ reserves the right to make any changes to the terms of service at any point in time.
